Boys Lacrosse v Berkshire Country Day on Wednesday April 29th

Today should have been a day to practice passing and to get the younger players on the scoresheet. We won 13-0 but our teamwork was not in evidence with nearly all of the goals being scored by individuals weaving through younger and smaller opponents. Chris scored 5 goals with Jackson and Pietro getting the bulk of the others. It was good to see Ben on the scoresheet though. The real highlight of the game were the efforts of Nick and Hugo to find their way to goal.They were unsuccessful this time but I am sure they will be finding the net in future games. Roan and Eddie played well and Neil and Carter hustled tirelessly. Hopefully, Berkshire will treat us to their older more experienced team in May. If they do, we had better start playing more as a team or we could face a similar scoreline against us next time!!
